These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Dr. William Clark Consulting (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”), a consulting firm registered in Germany that specializes in assisting scientific professionals in their transition to industry roles.

3.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the delivery of our services.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our services.

3.3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

4.1. The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to our website and services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights.

You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

 

6.2. In no event shall our liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to the Company for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
